In our rapidly changing world, lifelong learning has become essential in the workplace and in business. Whether you’re leading training for employees or hosting workshops for adult learners, a successful learning experience will engage the participants and increase retention. Whatever your reason is to design an effective learning experience, and whether it’s in person or online, there are some common foundational principles and strategies you can use every time.
