This powerful workshop facilitated by Cicely Belle Blain, CEO of Bakau Consulting, dismantles barriers through the lens of intersectionality. Learn how to create accessible organizations that also factor in equity, anti-racism, and social justice.

This session aims to equip small businesses to become champions of inclusion, by addressing challenges faced by people with disabilities at the intersections of race, gender, sexual orientation, and more. Discover actionable strategies to build diverse and equitable teams that contribute to a more just society and better business outcomes.
