Laura Sukorokoff has always had a passion for the employee experience. This passion for the people side of business has led Laura to senior roles in learning and organizational development. She is a mentor and coach who enjoys helping people find their voices and bring their ideas to life.

Laura is a highly regarded speaker, learning and development professional, and subject matter expert in the area of engagement and retention. She is the author of It's Not Them, It's You: Why employees "break up" with their managers and what to do about it and  works with leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, coaches, and professionals on the soft skills (or, as she prefers to call them, power skills!) side of business. Laura is also a small business owner and her company, C-Change Learning and Development, provides soft skills training for leaders and their teams in all areas of business.
