Sharlie Niessen – General Manager of Human Resources, London Drugs Limited

Sharlie Niessen, General Manager and Executive leader at London Drugs, has over 25 years’ of experience in the retail industry as an HR professional.  

Sharlie’s role at London Drugs has allowed her the opportunity to provide guidance and leadership not only in the retail & warehousing environments of London Drugs, but also in the charter flight and the luxury resort sides of the businesses associated with London Drugs’ parent company, HY Louie.  

Sharlie is passionate about helping leaders create an environment based on respect, trust, and inclusion.  She believes that when we do this, we inspire employees to do and be their best.
