Courtney Apps is the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at SBBC.  She is a graduate of UBC and SFU and uses her varied background to implement marketing initiatives that support BC's entrepreneurs. Courtney is also the owner of Upstream Digital, which specializes in web design, branding, and social media for small business.
