Course description
In this course, you’ll learn strategies to onboard and retain newcomer staff. This will include participating in the follow-up offered by Employer Relations Specialists (ERSs), supporting 30-60-90-Day Plans for new hires and aligning with fair, market-value compensation levels for staff. With these practices in place, you can give newcomer hires a better chance for success during probation periods.
