Tell Us Your Story. What motivated you to start your business? Why are you passionate about what you do?

My name is Richard Izuchukwu, i arrived Canada 2022 October 21st. My partner introduced me to the construction industry, and i started working as a general labor. After 2 month, i proceed to take a safety course which gave me an opportunity to work as a Health and safety officer. Few months down-line, i created a community which at orientating people on how to get into construction, i also help link people to businesses. The community started with just 2 people where i share key information on how to access jobs, we also give mentorship advice on the kind of certifications they should take to get good paying jobs. In 4 month we grew over 2k people. One of the challenge people face squarely is getting jobs. This action prompted me start my staffing agency to help people secure jobs with industries.

I created a community call "FUTURE IN CONSTRUCTION" These community is a vibrant and purpose-driven group, dedicated to assisting individuals, whether new or established in Canada, in finding employment opportunities within the construction industry. Our Focus: Our primary focus is to provide valuable assistance and support to individuals who are already residing in Canada and are seeking employment within the construction sector. Please note that we do not handle immigration-related matters. Instead, our emphasis lies in helping you navigate the Canadian job market within the construction industry successfully. What We Offer: 1. Bi-Monthly Webinars: To equip you with the latest knowledge and insights, we will be hosting online webinars twice a month. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics related to the construction industry, including job opportunities, skill development, industry trends, and more. It's an excellent opportunity to stay updated and enhance your career prospects. 2. Community Updates: We understand the importance of staying informed about job openings and industry news. Therefore, we will regularly share updates on job vacancies, job fairs, and relevant industry events. This way, you can be among the first to know about new opportunities. 3. Community Support: Our community is not just about information but also about support. Feel free to ask questions, seek advice, and connect with fellow members who share your career aspirations. We are here to help and support one another. We believe that by coming together, sharing knowledge, and fostering a supportive environment, we can help you achieve your career goals in Canada's construction industry. This community prompted me to start my own staffing agency.

I've contributed economically to the society. I've helped more than 5 thousand people in Canada and this has given me fulfillment. I want to also thank my team for there immense contributions in making sure we a upto date in all we do.
