Hello, we are Gabby and Mel. We are a small, family owned business living on the West Coast of Canada. After having 3 children born in 12 months time and a lot of struggle and set backs , we were determined to get back on our feet and make a difference in our community and for our family. We are an example of how dreams, determination and hard work can turn into something impactful and meaningful. At West Coast Karma, we strive to create unique, comfortable clothing with hand drawn, nature inspired designs. Each time you choose to shop local you are supporting real people and our Canadian economy. You are making a vote with your wallet and we appreciate you so much!

Why do you think you should win the Premier’s People’s Choice Award?
West Coast Karma is proof that everyday people can turn their big dreams into reality. We are evidence that struggle, heartache and setbacks can be alchemized into something greater and impactful. With hard work, determination, and a desire to bring community and art together, West Coast Karma was born. We couldn't have done ANY of this without the support of our Karma Community, far and wide. We are constantly striving to source local products and sustainable clothing. We print each design locally with hand drawn art. We carry over 40 Canadian artists in our brick-and-mortar shop and will continue to uplift and bring local artist together. To win People's Choice Award would truly be a dream come true for our family.
