Tell Us Your Story. What motivated you to start your business? Why are you passionate about what you do?

Trilogy Solutions was born from a deep passion for empowering businesses to thrive in the digital world. Our motivation to start this business stemmed from recognizing the growing importance of a strong online presence and the gap in helping businesses, especially small to medium-sized ones, navigate the complexities of digital marketing. We saw how many businesses struggled with outdated marketing strategies or lacked the resources to compete effectively online. With a background in digital marketing and a genuine desire to see businesses succeed, Jenna Robins founded Trilogy Solutions in August 2015. Our goal was to create a company that not only provides top-tier digital marketing and web design services but also becomes a true partner to our clients, guiding them through every step of their online journey. What drives us is the transformative impact we have on our clients’ businesses. Seeing our clients grow, reach new markets, and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding. It’s not just about delivering services; it’s about building lasting relationships and contributing to our clients' success stories. The rapid growth of Trilogy Solutions and the positive feedback from over 350 clients across North America affirm that we’re making a real difference. This passion for helping businesses succeed is at the core of everything we do at Trilogy Solutions.

Describe and demonstrate, including metrics, your community support. How do you support and uplift your community, and how do they show that support in return? Minimum 25 words, maximum 2500 characters.

In 2022, the Salmon Arm Economic Development Society (SAEDS) approached Trilogy Solutions to collaborate and host digital marketing workshops as part of their BIG Connect series, an ongoing initiative offering free workshops for small businesses. To date, we have conducted over 20 workshops for The BIG Connect. These workshops target small businesses in our community, helping them develop skills to manage their own digital marketing and website development. Each attendee receives a free workbook to further their skills and a complimentary 30-minute meeting with our CEO/Founder, Jenna Robins, to discuss their topic of choice. In these meetings, Jenna offers suggestions, helps create strategies, and provides support for small businesses. If they prefer not to handle these aspects of their business themselves, we can discuss the cost of having our team take it on. The creation of The BIG Connect by SAEDS, also led to our team developing similar programs for SEDS (Shuswap Economic Development Society) and DOSDC (District of Sicamous Development Corporation). Combined, we have conducted over 30 workshops and helped over 500 business owners enhance their skills. Trilogy Solutions founder, Jenna Robins, also serves on the board of the Literacy Alliance of the Shuswap Society (LASS), a program dedicated to children’s literacy, family literacy, and adult literacy. We donated website maintenance and planning services to LASS, extending their reach both online and within our community. Our team has also created presentations for LASS board members to present to community members for funding, including a recent presentation to Women Who Wine, which resulted in LASS receiving $3,800 towards training their support staff and volunteers. This cause is close to our company’s heart, as we have children with learning disabilities and partners who work in education. In 2024, our team donated countless hours to the 55+ BC Games, with Jenna serving as the Promotional Director and our entire team participating by volunteering, chairing boards, and contributing to our $20,000 donation for marketing, website development, and graphic design. While giving back to the community has been rewarding, it has also connected us with over 10 new clients & led to Jenna becoming a board member for the Shuswap Recreation Society. Our community involvement has established us as leaders in digital strategies for small businesses, benefiting both our organization & the entrepreneurs we support.

Since our founding in 2015, we have dedicated ourselves not just to our own growth but to the empowerment of businesses across our community. Our work through initiatives like The BIG Connect, in partnership with the Salmon Arm Economic Development Society, has provided over 500 small business owners with the tools and knowledge to succeed in an increasingly digital world. By offering free workshops, personalized consultations, and ongoing support, we have made a lasting impact on our local economy, helping small businesses flourish in a competitive market. Our commitment to the community goes beyond our professional services. We actively engage in volunteer work, contributing to local organizations like the Literacy Alliance of the Shuswap and the 55+ BC Games.
