Telly's Manila Kitchen is a Filipino-Canadian business that focuses on Adobo Flakes, which is a twist to the Filipino national dish, Adobo. We created this business to honor the women in our family, my grandmother and mom, who passed down the recipe through generations. Our Adobo Flakes is fully cooked and ready to eat prepared food that can be used as a versatile topping to any dish or the main star of a dish! It provides a flavourful profile to add on to any dish. Our goal and mission is to promote locally made Filipino food and making Filipino food accessible not only to the Filipinos in the community but to the whole community of BC. Our vision is to be nationally distributed through groovery and retail stores to proudly the Filipino cuisine.
