Salt Leaf Agency was founded in 2023 by Amy Lobb, an entrepreneur with a passion for supporting local businesses. After a brief maternity leave, Amy harnessed her 15 years of experience as a brand photographer and business owner, alongside 4 years of marketing expertise, to expand upon the services she was already providing to small, local businesses on Vancouver Island. Drawing from her deep understanding of storytelling and visual branding, Amy launched Salt Leaf Agency with a clear mission: to provide boutique digital marketing experiences tailored for tourism and lifestyle brands. She specialises in building engaged online communities that transform followers into loyal customers and brand advocates. Amy believes that every business has a unique story worth telling and is committed to amplifying these stories in ways that resonate, captivate, and inspire, while developing genuine connections with their community. Amy is every business owner's digital best friend: a person who eliminates the fatigue and overwhelm that comes with social media and paid advertising, while giving them the confidence that their online presence is being expertly looked after. The goal is to empower business owners to focus on what they do best—providing unforgettable customer experiences. Currently, Amy runs all aspects of Salt Leaf Agency while being closely supported by her husband and children. She offers full social media and ads management and strategy.
