Why do you think you should win the Premier’s People’s Choice Award?

I think we should win because we have great relationships with our clients. We work really hard to provide excellent customer service and are always tweaking our internal policies and procedures to help make the bookkeeping process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We do this through regular internal reviews, checking in with new clients to ensure their needs are being met, doing an annual survey of clients to get their feedback and by having open and transparent operations. I have uploaded a sample of our google reviews - we have twenty-four 5 star reviews that we are extremely proud of. We also work really hard to support our employees. We have tuition reimbursement and profit sharing policies. Our goal is to provide a supportive team environment where people actually want to show up to work. One of the first things I tell new hires is that if they ever feel uncomfortable communicating with a particular client or a client is rude to them, they should terminate the interaction and report it to me immediately. Rudesness or disrespect to our team will not be tolerated. If it's a clash of personalities we may move that client to another bookkeeper. If it's a matter of disrespect then we will terminate that client's relationship with Rogue Bookkeeping. We encourage our employees to grow and develop their skills but don't push them if that's not something they're interested in. Our primary goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where employees enjoy working - at least most of the time ;)
