Since 2017, ProDio Audio Learning Inc. has been reshaping the way professionals learn. With high quality scenarios and stories in audio, we help professionals to unlock creativity, imagination and critical thinking. ProDio courses have over 45,000 listeners on LinkedIn Learning and over 6,000 through ProDio's own mobile app and website (prodiolearning.com), and our courses are rated 4.55 out of 5 overall with over 2,600 evaluations. ProDio has active partnership/service agreements with CPABC, CPA Alberta and other CPA Associations across Canada. Other active partnerships include: - Freedom of Information and Privacy Association (FIPA-BC), - Greater Vancouver Realtors - South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) - Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE). In 2019, ProDio partnered with the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)to create an engaging ethics course which is available to all Accountants around the world.

How have you optimized your e-commerce store to create a strong user experience for your community, (through content, education, reviews etc.) and what results have you achieved?
Yes, our mobile app and our web store creates a quick and easy experience to select courses and bundles with no ads or pop-ups, and minimal clicks for our users to find what they want. Our users rate their experience 4.55 out of 5 overall through over 2,600 evaluations.
Why do you deserve to win the E-Commerce Experience Award?
We were the first in the world to create high-quality professional development in audio. Using our storytelling and scenario-writing skills, we have transformed traditional learning by engaging multiple regions of the brain while listening, resulting in an exceptional user experience. Themes in our valuation comments include "This was honestly the best PD course I've taken with CPA." and "This was great material! It wasn't at all what I expected, which was actually perfect. We are somewhat of a hidden gem out of little Port Moody and working hard to gain more recognition and global understanding and acceptance of how powerful audio learning can be for professionals. We are also showcasing a number of BC-based experts and instructors to a global professional audience.
