What motivated you to start your business and what is your vision for the future of the company?

Starting Petrichor Social was driven by a deep passion for creating a space where people could come together over great food, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences. The idea was born from a desire to craft a restaurant that wasn’t just about dining but about community and connection. The name "Petrichor" reflects the fresh, earthy scent of rain after a dry spell, symbolizing renewal and new beginnings. This resonated with the vision of creating a place where guests could escape the rush of everyday life and enjoy the simple, yet profound, pleasures of good food and good company. The goal was to build a restaurant that felt like a haven—a place where people could connect, celebrate, and unwind. I created Petrichor Social at 25 years old. opening a business, especially a restaurant a 25 years old in an erea where everyone tells you that's very risky, you better be passionate about what your doing. The idea of opening Petrichor Social has been a dream that I've nurtured in my mind for many years, accompanying me throughout my culinary journey back home in France. For the future, I would love to create a group of restaurants, each unique in its own way but always infused with the essence of the South of France that I cherish.
