What motivated you to start your business and what is your vision for the future of the company?

My motivation to start Markayting stemmed from my journey as a mompreneur and my desire to balance a fulfilling career with family life. Leaving my corporate role as a Marketing Director was a tough decision, but it was driven by my need for flexibility and the aspiration to be present for my children. I wanted to create a business that not only allowed me to pursue my passion for marketing but also provided the freedom to manage my family commitments. Markayting was born out of a desire to help other businesses grow and succeed while maintaining a work-life balance. My vision for the future of Markayting is to expand our reach and impact, providing innovative marketing solutions to a broader audience. I aim to grow our educational programs, particularly Markayting School, to empower more entrepreneurs and small business owners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Additionally, I plan to continue supporting female-owned and operated businesses, fostering an inclusive and diverse community. In the long term, I envision Markayting becoming a leading marketing agency known for its creativity, client-centric approach, and commitment to social responsibility. We aim to integrate more sustainable practices into our operations and support causes that align with our values, making a positive impact on both the business world and our community.
