Accommodations include cabins, lower level suites, condos, apartments, detached properties, single family homes, duplex's, townhomes or acreage properties, available to rent in this beautiful area. We are a small team, owned and operated by 2 local females advocating for an increase in available long term rental properties so locals, families, retirees, young professionals, single workers, can continue living in this stunning area of BC and continue to call it home.

Why do you think you should win the Premier’s People’s Choice Award?
BC, along with the whole of Canada, has seen a determinantal impact on the long term rental market over the past couple of years. So many members of our local community who have families, jobs and children who go to school here have had to uproot their lives and move because they haven't been able to find any long term rental properties. Green Door Property Management works tirelessly to advertise and attract landlords to hire us to manage their properties. Every new property is a new home for our community who are so desperately in need. We continue to stay afloat of the every changing tenancy laws and regulations to ensure our tenants are living comfortable and never wrongly evicted or wrongfully face unjustified rent increases from crooked private Landlords, all whilst looking after our clients home and ensuring the longevity of their asset.
