How have you optimized your e-commerce store to create a strong user experience for your community, (through content, education, reviews etc.) and what results have you achieved?
We recently implemented a tracking system on our website through a CDAP grant, which was used in the right technology. Now our customers appreciate us because we made their lives easy with quick updates about the order. Our customers love the e-commerce features we are offering to them through our website and they are enjoying the website we earned nice reviews from them in the last quarter.
