Our dedicated team of Registered Care Aides and Registered Nurses specializes in providing personalized, holistic support to individuals, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes, allowing our clients to age in place. At Coast Care, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our offerings include personal and health care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, personal hygiene assistance, medication management, caregiver respite, regular companionship, and palliative care. Coast Care Ltd. (formerly Sunshine Coast Senior Care) was started by our founder, mother, and grandmother, Donna Johansen, in 2017. She saw a desperate need for compassionate in-home care for seniors and individuals with varying care needs in our community. Donna committed her heart and soul to truly being there for her clients, even providing 24-hour loving care to her neighbor who was struggling with dementia. Now retired herself, Donna’s vision of ensuring "no senior left alone" has been carried on by her daughter, Lisa McGregor, and expanded to a vision of "nobody left alone." Under our new identity, Coast Care Ltd., we have evolved to better serve not just seniors but the entire Sunshine Coast community and beyond. Our commitment to exceptional holistic in-home care remains unwavering, reflecting in our more inclusive approach. From the beginning, our motivation has been rooted in providing dignified, respectful, and personalized care. We understand that each person is unique, and so are their care needs. This drives our passion and commitment to delivering services that go beyond mere assistance. Our satisfaction rate stands at 95%, with many clients highlighting the compassionate and personalized care they receive. Additionally, we maintain an open line of communication with the community through our website and social media channels, where we share updates, tips, and stories that resonate with our audience. Supporting the Local Economy: By employing local caregivers and sourcing supplies from local businesses, we contribute to the economic well-being of the Sunshine Coast.
