Coast Care Ltd. (formerly Sunshine Coast Senior Care) was started by our founder, mother, and grandmother, Donna Johansen, in 2017. She saw a desperate need for compassionate in-home care for seniors and individuals with varying care needs in our community. Donna committed her heart and soul to truly being there for her clients, even providing 24-hour loving care to her neighbor who was struggling with dementia. Now retired herself, Donna’s vision of ensuring "no senior left alone" has been carried on by her daughter, Lisa McGregor, and expanded to a vision of "nobody left alone." Under our new identity, Coast Care Ltd., we have evolved to better serve not just seniors but the entire Sunshine Coast community and beyond. Our commitment to exceptional holistic in-home care remains unwavering, reflecting in our more inclusive approach.
