How have you optimized your e-commerce store to create a strong user experience for your community, (through content, education, reviews etc.) and what results have you achieved?
Before COVID-19, AP Accounting Solutions primarily offered in-person accounting services. When the pandemic hit, we quickly adapted by launching virtual options to safely meet our clients' needs. Serving a diverse clientele of varying ages and technical skills, we took steps like sending emails, writing blog posts to answer common questions, and hosting introductory calls. These efforts built a strong online presence, making clients feel comfortable and confident in our virtual accounting services. Our approach was so effective that 99% of our clients continued using virtual services even after COVID-19 restrictions eased. This shows our strategy successfully met our community's changing needs.
