Business Impact Award

Tell Us Your Story. What motivated you to start your business? Why are you passionate about what you do?

One night, I went to bed hungry, thinking it was just 12 hours until breakfast. Waking up, I realized it was an unintended 18-hour fast. At lunch, I cried not from joy but because my stomach hurt. It was my third ER visit that month for gastritis; the doctor diagnosed a peptic ulcer. Scared and frozen, I questioned what I'd done to myself all these years. I couldn't believe I was doing this to myself Two months later, I was on pantoprazole (ulcer medication), feeling better, yet frequent asthma flare-ups sent me back to the ER. This time Reports showed terrible lung capacity at 22. Climbing stairs was a struggle, I had to stop multiple times to catch my breath.I used to be a dancer, that was something I enjoyed with all my heart and couldn’t do that anymore as I passed out during a performance. Dancing was my therapy and I felt like the world was falling apart. I though to myself i am only 22 years old and i feel like I am 80. Why am I letting me do this to myself?Went home that day to look at myself in the mirror, Looking at my frail reflection, I thought I would never find happiness or love. My doctor even shattered dreams of conceiving due to ovarian cysts.I felt like my Heart was pounding so fast and deep, hands ice-cold, I felt the urge to bury myself. I always longed for kids, and this news made me nauseous Fast forward 12 years, I met this amazing guy eager to date me, but I didn't feel worthy—I lacked confidence, didn't look desirable. The funny part? He felt the same about himself. We were both battling body image issues, and the lack of the right information only fueled our struggles. As registered nurses, we understood human physiology, but it wasn't enough. We both became certified in nutrition and exercise, discovering the Metabolic Mastery Method. It let us eat whatever we wanted and still feel incredible. Today, we're happily married with two beautiful kids, despite doctors saying it wasn't possible. Imagine, learning to enjoy food guilt-free, breaking free from the reward-punishment cycle. That freedom you give yourself is unmatchable to anything else. You have to truly experience it and there is no going back from that point.. Now, I guide women worldwide on this incredible journey through our Metabolic Mastery Method so that they can finally get in shape, lose that belly pooch, gain more strength, play with kids, run up the stairs all without going on fad diets or spending hours in the gym. And you learn how to eat the exact same
