We are a Small Personal Training business that focuses on athlete-based needs; we meet their needs as opposed to them conforming to our method of training. We also hold Run/Walk Sessions for athletes of all abilities with experienced and learned Leaders. We organize Epic Adventures for running and cycling athletes of all abilities. These include but are not limited to Running the West Coast Trail, Rim to Rim Grand Canyon, Cycling in Yukon/Alaska, Newfoundland, and PEI. We organize fun runs as a fundraiser for our charity of choice, West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation through Dragonfly Racing.

Premier's People's Choice
Our athlete-focused approach to training makes us stand out from other fitness facilities in that we change our approach to each person depending on what are their needs. We don't have them to conform to us, we adjust to them. We have a variety of trainers on contract, and we encourage them to explore a variety of training methods to suit their strengths. We offer our trainers an education incentive to expand their knowledge and expertise or try new things. Our Walk/Run Group Sessions have tripled since we started because we are very inclusive and invite all abilities to join us. We have experienced leaders to share their knowledge and provide encouragement to athletes of all ages, sizes, and abilities. We encourage and invite family members to join the Sessions because we know that family is so important in a healthy lifestyle. We provide Nutrition Coaching to help tie everything together. We have state of the art equipment including a Fit3D Body Scanner that provides a detailed report on an athlete's measurements, body composition and Body Shape Rating. This is not only for those athletes looking to lose weight, but also people who are fighting injuries and imbalances, or who want to gain muscle. Dragonfly Racing is a branch of our business focused on organizing fun runs in the community so runners and walkers can enjoy a group event without having to travel into Vancouver. We include small businesses in the area to help support the local shops and breweries. Our charity of choice is West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation who support families with children fighting cancer and other blood related illnesses. We had to refrain from organizing events during the pandemic however we are back at it with the first of a planned series starting with the St. Patrick's Day 5k on March 12th at Tinhouse Brewing Co. Our Epic Adventure branch can be summed up as helping people with their bucket-lists. Many athletes would tell us that they wanted to cycle in Alaska, or run the Chilkoot Trail, explore Newfoundland, hike the West Coast Trail, or visit the Grand Canyon, etc. So now we help them. We include all abilities and allow them the opportunity to explore these wonderful and exciting areas with the comfort of knowing we will be there to help them. We provide the training and logistics to prepare and once we arrive at the location, we have leaders and support crew for everyone. We are a family business that truly meets the needs of our athletes and their families.
