After recognizing the need for a gourmet food shop in the Fraser Valley, Angie Quaale opened Well Seasoned in Langley, BC, in 2004.

Well Seasoned is a gourmet food store that carries thousands of products from around the world.  The store proudly celebrates the bounty of BC by supporting local artisan food producers and offering their wares for sale among many other international fine food products.

The Founder

After working for many years in the hospitality industry in hotels and fine dining, Angie pursued a career in commercial food sales specializing in menu development and retail food distribution.  Angie is very active in the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce as the 2nd Vice-President.

The Small Business BC Connection

As an active Chamber of Commerce member, Angie has benefited greatly from the resources and support offered by the organization.  Small business owners like Angie often find that getting involved with local support organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and Small Business BC is a crucial step toward achieving success in their new business ventures.

For other entrepreneurs thinking of starting their own small businesses, Angie suggests becoming familiar with your region by conducting a comprehensive competitive analysis.  She recommends seeking out a niche to fill because offering a specialized service is more focused and effective than trying to be everything to everyone.
