This course is designed to help you answer the question, what should I do when an injury or disease occurs at the workplace? It offers basic information on how to report an injury, disease, incident or fatality to WorkSafeBC, the different types of benefits and services, and how to recover at work. The course also includes extensive lists of useful resources and links for additional study.

To get the most out of this course, it’s recommended you take the first course in this series, Understanding WorkSafeBC Insurance Coverage and Premiums.
