Trish Kelly is an Inclusion and Accessibility Consultant and project lead on the Disability Inclusive Employer Self-Assessment Tool. Developed by Open Door Group and Presidents Group, two non-profits committed to improving employment for people with disabilities in Canada, the free online tool that helps employers assess their accessibility practices and provides a report featuring resources that can help them improve.

Trish lives in the Sea to Sky region on the unceded territory of the Squamish Nation. She is a citizen of the Métis Nation of BC with family ties back to the Prince Albert and Red River communities.
