Shari Ann Herrmann is a teaching professor and MBTI certified practitioner. She joined the School of Business at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2008, where she teaches advanced Organizational Behaviour, along with courses in Management and Human Resources.  An MBA graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, she managed teams in North America, Europe and Asia prior to taking up teaching, and is an experienced small business owner.
