Eighteen years ago, Michael Menashy was on a business trip to China when the factory owner invited him to his boardroom and demonstrated the proper way to brew tea. It still amazes him the intricacies and details about each part of the process. The tea was an oolong with a delicate floral scent and a hint of toasted walnuts. With that, Michael started his journey to introduce tea to the world, and his subscription service Tea Sparrow has been an important step along the way.
