Julie practices in all areas of employment, labour, human rights and privacy law at Roper Greyell LLP. Julie has particular experience working with employers to address complex issues related to workplace bullying and harassment issues, mental and physical disability accommodations including addictions return to work and human rights issues. This is, in part, due to her past work experience in a variety of private industries including retail, travel, aviation and public service for the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Children and Family Development.

She specializes in conducting complex workplace investigation and defending employers in human rights and WorkSafeBC claims, wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal claims, grievance arbitrations and has represented employers in several administrative tribunals.
