Jacqueline is a manager of the Implementation and Outreach Section for the Licensing and Security Division within Health Canada’s Controlled Substances and Cannabis Branch. The Implementation and Outreach team is leading the Licensing and Security Division’s process development which aims to integrate a more risk-based approach for decisions for commercial cannabis licenses as well as leading the work to better engage with the cannabis communities and industry.
