Carlos Woolgar brings over 25 years of business experience as well as extensive management and corporate governance experience. In addition to his rich international background he is an experienced BC entrepreneur. In BC he has founded, owned and managed businesses in the agrifoods/imports sector (Quinoa4Life), services sector (Lively Learners Child Care) and franchise sector (College Pro Painters). He has also been a small business banker at RBC Royal Bank in Richmond and Prince Rupert.
Internationally, he is an experienced small real estate developer and has held seats on a number of boards of directors in Bolivia and Argentina. He is experienced in international trade and private equity, having worked across Latin America for the UK’s CDC Capital Partners and in numerous countries around the world under the US Agency for International Development. Mr. Woolgar holds a BCom degree from UBC and is multilingual.
