What motivated you to start your business and what is your vision for the future of the company?

My motivation to start Ultra Glo Pet Spa stemmed from my deep love for animals and a desire to enhance their overall well-being and in a safe environment. When I first got my own puppy, there was a lack of groomers willing to taken on even a 50 pound dog. I noticed a gap in the market for that reason, and bringing pet services that truly focused on the health and vitality of pets, particularly when it came to their hair and skin, and still being affordable. As a passionate pet owner, I experienced firsthand the challenges of finding products and services that genuinely cared for my pets' needs of all sizes. This inspired me to create a business dedicated to providing high-quality, specialized grooming services that not only make pets look great but also promote their health and happiness for all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats. Ultra Glo Pet Spa is my way of giving back to the pets that bring so much joy into our lives, ensuring they receive the care they deserve. My future vision is to expand Ultra Glo Pet Spa by adding multiple mobile grooming vans and opening additional storefronts. I've already identified the ideal locations for the next few stores and am currently working on acquiring property for a dog and cat hotel and daycare. This expansion not only aligns with my business goals but also allows me to care for my parents while creating a beautiful dog hotel and daycare. Ultimately, I aim to grow my business across Canada and gradually establish a presence in the USA. As well, I am deeply committed to fostering the growth and development of my employees, helping them expand their skills and expertise in dog grooming. I believe in providing continuous training and opportunities for professional advancement, ensuring that each team member has the resources and support they need to excel in their careers and contribute to the success of Ultra Glo Pet Spa.
