ServiceXCEL was born from a passion for creating comfortable, efficient homes and a desire to make a positive impact in Nanaimo. As the new owner since mid-May, I was drawn to this business because of its potential to improve lives through quality HVAC services. Our core purpose - "Helping our community to love their homes and live their best lives" - drives everything we do. We're not just installing heating and cooling systems; we're creating environments where families thrive and memories are made. This mission, combined with our commitment to employee well-being and community engagement, fuels our passion every day. We believe that by excelling in our field, we can contribute to a more comfortable, energy-efficient, and vibrant Nanaimo.

Large Community Support: We've guided multiple large indigenous communities through complex rebate processes, securing heat pump upgrades at no cost to them. This has impacted over 60 households, significantly reducing their energy costs and carbon footprint. Environmental Initiatives: As a registered thermostat and battery recycling location, we've diverted thermostats from landfills. Economic Contribution: As a Living Wage certified employer, all 30 of our staff earn above Nanaimo's living wage threshold, contributing to local economic stability. Apprenticeship Program: We've trained and continue to train apprentices, investing in Nanaimo's future workforce. Collaboration: We've partnered with 3 local contractors to provide comprehensive home solutions, strengthening Nanaimo's business ecosystem.
