Tell Us Your Story. What motivated you to start your business? Why are you passionate about what you do?

My journey into entrepreneurship began in 2009 when I first launched my organizing business, which later evolved into "Organized Jane" in 2017. The drive behind starting my own business was deeply rooted in my personal experiences and the realization of how powerful organization can be in transforming lives. Growing up, I saw firsthand the impact of disorganization on productivity and well-being. I watched my parents struggle to balance their demanding jobs and household responsibilities, which often led to stress and chaos. This inspired me to find ways to bring order and efficiency into everyday life, not just for myself but for others as well. My passion for organization goes beyond the physical act of decluttering; it's about creating systems that empower individuals and businesses to thrive. I believe that when your environment is in order, your mind can focus on what truly matters, leading to greater success and fulfillment. This belief was the cornerstone of my business philosophy and what motivated me to help others achieve the same sense of clarity and control. Starting my business was also a personal challenge. My initial attempt in 2009 didn't succeed, but instead of giving up, I saw it as a learning opportunity. I relaunched in 2017 with renewed vigor and a clearer vision. This resilience and determination are what fuel my passion today. I’ve had the pleasure of helping numerous clients streamline their lives and businesses, witnessing their transformations and successes, which continually inspires me. Moreover, my entrepreneurial journey has led me to exciting ventures such as launching Glimmer Wine, a de-alcoholized sparkling wine brand. This project, driven by personal health goals and a desire to offer a quality product, showcases my commitment to creating solutions that enhance people's lives. In summary, my motivation to start my business stemmed from a deep-seated desire to bring order and efficiency into the lives of others, inspired by personal experiences and challenges. My passion is fueled by the belief that organization is a powerful tool for achieving success and the joy of seeing the positive impact it has on my clients' lives.
