Why do you think you should win the Premier’s People’s Choice Award?
In the time when digital games and play are becoming more popular, Toysbypolina wants to inspire children and their parents to play offline. There are not doubts that imaginative play have a big impact on children's development as they learn about their environment. The toys allow the child to use their own creativity and imagination while playing them. Fabric animal toys can be used to learn animal sounds, their homes, their food and more. Toysbypolina not just creates toys to support the imaginative play but conveys love through them. The fact that all toys are handmade items make them unique and a valuable individual piece of work. Toysbypolina also inspires parents to create toys for their little ones by themselves by providing sewing patterns and photo tutorials. The mother's love, importance of imaginative play, passion about sewing and children's joy are the key values behind Toysbypolina.

How have you optimized your e-commerce store to create a strong user experience for your community, (through content, education, reviews etc.) and what results have you achieved?
Firstly, people love by eyes. So the pleasant visuals (photos, videos, typography) play one of the important roles to create a strong user experience once people open my Instagram or my Shopify website. Secondly, going deeply and showing how I make toys (sewing process videos/reels, what materials I use, what is my sewing space) allow me to build a trust to my brand. And finally, customers' reviews confirm the toys quality and make a potential client to make a purchase. So all of this: pleasant content, reviews, sewing process videos, helped me to get a new audience, new clients, strong brand trust and, as a results, more sales.
