Tell Us Your Story. What motivated you to start your business? Why are you passionate about what you do?

For many years, I witnessed the gap in leadership for leaders in different organizations and this fueled my drive to do better as a leader of teams. I believe and know that starting with self leadership helps us as leaders to lead more effectively and inspire our teams through our actions. I have lived this in my 16+ leadership experience and have shared about it in my first book, "Lead In Your Truth,' to support more leaders with real life examples. This action paves the way for our next generation of leaders. Supporting leaders with leading their teams more effectively through their self leadership is the foundation of my business.

I share valuable content on social media every week to inspire actions that allow a pause, reflect, celebrate and share in our community. I have a strong following on LinkedIn and Instagram and I feel very fortunate to receive this support from my community. My bestseller books, "Lead In Your Truth & Heal On Your Terms,' is an evident of how well supported I am in my community.

These top values are at the core of everything in my business: building healthy relationships, kindness and giving back to my community. My clients are at their most vulnerable when they hire me for my services. Creating a safe space and meeting them where they are at in their leadership journey or authors' journey is absolutely necessary. These values guide me in my day to day with my clients, contractors I work with and my community.
