Best Youth Entrepreneur

What motivated you to start your business and what is your vision for the future of the company?

I was motivated to start my business because I want to inspire more women to work in the technology industry. Having moved from Russia six years ago, I understand the challenges that women face in this field, especially when starting out with limited English proficiency. I have experienced firsthand the glass ceiling that often limits the career progression of women in technology. Being a remote worker can also be tough, as it can be challenging to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members who are physically located elsewhere. My vision for the future of my company is to become the best quality assurance company out there. I believe that there is a significant demand for reliable and efficient software testing services, and I want to position my company as the go-to provider for businesses looking to ensure the quality of their software products. I am also committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where women can thrive and reach their full potential. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire more women to pursue careers in technology and show that it is possible to succeed in this industry, regardless of gender or background.

I have taken my business from the conceptual stage to an active and profitable enterprise, and I have consistently delivered high-quality services to my clients. I have also grown my team and expanded our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the market. Through my work, I have been able to create job opportunities for women in technology and support their career development. Finally, I am passionate about making a difference through my business, not just in terms of profit, but also by creating positive social impact. My business is committed to promoting gender equality and diversity in the technology industry, and we actively support various initiatives and organizations that share our values. By empowering women to start careers in technology, we are not only creating opportunities for individuals, but also contributing to a more inclusive and diverse industry. I have achieved significant recognition for my work in the technology industry.
