Our products are made with natural soy and coconut waxes that are sustainably grown, environmentally friendly and most importantly, clean burning for your home. Our products contain no parabens or phthalates and are blended with unique and proprietary fragrances inspired by the West Coast of British Columbia. Our candles also use a crackling wooden wick that sounds like a campfire when lit, adding to the ambience in your home. In addition to a sustainable and clean-burning product for your home, a portion of your purchase is used to aid in British Columbia reforestation efforts with our every candle plants a tree initiative.

E-Commerce Experience Award
How have you optimized your e-commerce store to create a strong user experience for your community, (through content, education, reviews etc.) and what results have you achieved?
We put a heavy focus into the UI aspect of our website. Through the development of a simplified user experience, descriptive language, consistent branding and easily accessible information and contact sections, we hope to make shopping online as seamless as possible. We have also have a separate section of our website accessible only to our approved wholesale customers, so store owners can log on and place an order direct on our website through their own stockist portal.
Why do you deserve to win the E-commerce Experience Award?
Camp Candle Co. take pride in their customer service and part of that service is developing an e-commerce site that takes customers online shopping ease into consideration. Creating a site that is secure, easy to navigate and descriptive is important as the customer should feel just as confident shopping online through a small business as they do in person. That is why we include pertinent information in multiple areas of our site with the option to contact with a question at any time. When a customer asks a question on the site, it comes straight to my phone so I can continue to provide excellent customer service that is focused on that specific customer. Through the development of our website, I hoped to make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable!
