Why do you think you should win the Premier’s People’s Choice Award?
Advanced Self Storage rebranded in 2022 and gave out clarity to the local community about our role and business. Over 90% of our work force is hired with our local area. We added additional storage at one of our locations in 2022 which created new opportunities for our teams. Almost all promotions are done from within our company. We have been members with the local chamber for many years and started to get more active with attending the events. We offer various leadership training for our teams for them to grow. We also have a culture of kindness and care with everyone we work with. We don’t tolerate rude behavior. All our team members are trained to be kind and compassionate with everyone. We take care of our tenants as they were our family. In 2022, we introduced a walking challenge for our team where they were given prizes for walking certain distances, that promotes their well beings.
