What motivated you to start your business? What challenges did you overcome as a Solopreneur?

Starting as a kid, I have always been one that wanted to help others. I started my career when i was a teenager in the sheet metal fabrication sector and by the time i was in my early 20's, I had acquired my Gas ticket and other tickets so i could be a well rounded Service Technician. When i am able to provide heating or cooling to people when they most need it, it is something that makes me happy and i know my customers appreciate it as well. It has been difficult at times to keep up with demand but I always find a way to get my customers work done. Of course starting my Company was difficult at the beginning trying to build up a customer base but i alway believed that word of mouth is the best advertising and it has served me well. It all comes down to seeing a happy customer in the end.

Why do you deserve to win the Best Solopreneur award?

Honestly, it is very difficult to say why i deserve the Best Solopreneur award because i have been brought up to stay humble. In my opinion, if i were to give a reason, it would be for the customer service i provide. I take every customers situation into account and handle it accordingly. Being a Solopreneur, this affords me too be able to do this which i believe is the most important. Customers are not just a number to me, they are people that need someone to come in to their home and be honest with them, do a professional job, and do this all at an affordable price. I truly do care about all my customers.
