There are quite a few different business structures that Jamie can choose from, although most are specialized and exist for very specific functions. We will be focusing on the three main business structures that are available in BC. The vast majority of businesses that you know and love are either one of these three options:
Sole Proprietorship
General Partnership
Corporation
