Dell and Microsoft Present Research and Insights on Social Selling Trends at Small Business BC Plus Event Series

Facebook ShareableMarch 8, 2016 – Vancouver: Small Business BC, the province’s premier resource centre for entrepreneurs, will collaborate with Dell and Microsoft to host an education event on Social Selling as part of its new Small Business BC Plus Event Series.

The co-hosted event, Small Business BC + Dell and Microsoft – Social Selling, happens on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Simon Fraser University’s Segal Building in Vancouver, and will help educate small business owners on mobile platforms and social channels shaping the business landscape.

“In this fast-paced age of online communication, entrepreneurs know that connecting with their customers using social media is the key to creating an up-to-date marketing and sales strategy,” says George Hunter, CEO of Small Business BC. “We are delighted to partner with Dell and Microsoft to help small business owners advance their business through mobile platforms and social channels.”

This free event features networking with 200 BC entrepreneurs and engaging keynotes from leaders in social technology, including:

  • Bryan E. Jones, Vice President, Commercial Marketing, Dell
    • The Role of Social Selling in B2B Enterprise Sales
  • Nancy Pearce, Senior Solution Specialist – Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management, Microsoft
  • Susana Landeira, Social Selling Lead, Microsoft
