Marti Hamlen has worked in the Human Resources field for over 25 years, primarily in the areas of staffing, training, and planning. She was a staffing manager in a 60,000 person company, and has worked as a consultant with a number of small profit and not-for-profit organizations designing HR policies, processes, and systems. Her work has taken her to fascinating locales, such as Russia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Singapore, and Indonesia.
