She has a great team spirit and a natural aptitude for leadership and exceptional client service.

Starting out as a print reporter in the UK, she soon moved into publishing and headed up an award-winning business magazine. Her ambition took her to London where she worked in a leading consumer PR agency on global brands including Nokia, Hello Kitty and Coca-Cola. Seeking a change of lifestyle, Clare ventured across the pond to settle in Vancouver where she became vice president at a top PR agency for over five years. Here, she worked on campaigns for a range of clients, from multi-national companies to local start-ups in a mix of industries including not-for-profit, retail, tech, finance, hospitality, healthcare and education.

Clare excels at strategic planning and counsel, project management, coaching, and issues and crisis management. She has a particular interest in the not-for-profit world and has run highly successful community-based campaigns across Canada.

She has been on the board of directors for the B.C. chapter of the American Marketing Association, Women in Communications & Technology, and she currently sits on a University of British Columbia advisory committee for its digital curriculum. She also volunteers regularly at Ronald McDonald House.

A little known fact about Clare: she has played violin in front of members of the royal family.
