Allysa Hopkins is the Vice President of Business Development at Small Business BC. She brings over a decade of proven experience with building tier-one commercial partnerships, driving top line sales revenues and bolstering bottom line profits through strategic marketing, careful organizational planning and management.
During her career, Allysa has grown her roster of 100-plus successful commercial partnerships to include numerous national and global brand leaders and Fortune 500 corporations. She prides herself on fostering such relationships to generate quantifiable results, such as achieving record-setting sales and notable corporate patronage.
Allysa’s targeted sales efforts in diverse sectors, ranging from enterprise software to consumer goods, and business consulting to financial products, have garnered her numerous promotions and awards.
Born and raised in British Columbia, Allysa devotes her personal time to supporting and coaching amateur athletics, and mentoring aspiring graduates through Simon Fraser University’s Mentors in Business Program.
Since July 2014, Allysa has served on the Board of Directors at EMBERS (Eastside Movement for Business and Economic Renewal Society), a Vancouver charity focused on community economic development. EMBERS works to combat poverty and assists in the revitalization of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, through social enterprise and community-based business development.
